Building Simulation 2009 is the world's largest conference in a wide range of topics related to building energy modelling and simulation. The hundreds of delegates include academics, building design professionals, HVAC manufacturers, software suppliers, building owners and developers, energy companies, and the public sector. This audience has a common interest in the evaluation and improvement of building and services design and the conference is an opportunity to promote your organisation, products and services.

INDUSTRY DAY: For the 2009 event in Glasgow, in addition to the usual conference programme, we have organised an applications day; a unique opportunity for practitioners at the sharp end of the buildings business to relate their experiences and to hear what others are up to.

Exhibition Stand (10 available)
3m x 2m, space only. 2.5m height limit. Includes access to power. Located adjacent to the coffee break area, there will be continuous traffic through the stand area, so plenty of opportunities to get personal with individual delegates.

Sponsors

Global Sponsorship
Available to organisations wishing to associate their name with the overall conference. May be themed and exclusive, e.g. IT Sponsor, Architecture Practice sponsor, Engineering Practice Sponsor, HVAC Equipment Sponsor, etc. Name will be printed on all conference materials and mailings, including website, call for papers, conference announcements, advertising, joining instructions, mailings, conference programme, signposting. Includes ½ page advertisement in announcement mailings. Includes one delegate pack insert and one exhibition space. An ideal opportunity to publicly associate your organisation with the theme of the conference.

Parallel Session Sponsorship (9 available)
Includes a display stand at the session venue entrance (to be supplied by sponsor), projected image at the start and between each paper, logo included on the conference announcements and programme. Delegates will associate your corporate image with the theme of the session.

Building Simulation Software Vendor Presentation (5 available)
A twenty minute presentation, with programme proposed by the sponsor (content must be approved by the organising committee in advance). This is an opportunity for sponsors to address delegates with relevant product information, applications examples, etc. They may highlight unique features and demonstrate their value, but should not compare with competitors products, discuss pricing or other commercial matters. Presentation will be announced in all conference information and promotion materials. Presentation will not be included in conference proceedings.

Conference Dinner
Includes a display stand at the venue entrance, logo display on every table, branded menu cards (materials to be supplied by sponsor). Your corporate image will be present with delegates throughout the evening.

Name Badges, Delegate Packs, Pads and Pens
Items that are provided to every delegate can be branded. Delegate packs, pads and pens to be supplied by sponsor. These items are very visible for the duration of the conference, and can continue to work for you after delegates return home.

Delegate Pack Insert
A single page A4 insert supplied by the sponsor, to be included within every delegate pack. A very economical way to bring your company products and services to the attention of delegates.
