In order to ensure the smooth running of BS2009 here is some important information for those making poster presentations at the conference.
- A poster template is available for guidance on how to set out your A0 poster.
- If your poster is presented on Monday and Tuesday, please put your poster up before the first coffee break on Monday and remove it after the coffee break on Tuesday afternoon.
- If you are displaying on Wednesday and Thursday, please put your poster up before the first coffee break on Wednesday and remove it at the end of the conference on Thursday at lunchtime.
- Viewing of posters will generally take place in the coffee and lunch breaks. Please be at your poster for the last coffee break for each day your poster is displayed in order to discuss the poster with other conference participants.
- You will be given directions on where to hang your poster at registration.
